Your access to and use of Priorityelectrical.co.uk (“the Website”) is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.

If a court finds part of this contract illegal, the rest will continue in force. Each of the clauses and part-clauses of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining clauses and part-clauses will remain in full force and effect.

OUR CONTRACT
These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by Priority Electrical Ltd (No. 3463251) of unit 1, Crusader Close, Gillingham Business Park, Gillingham ME8 0PR  to you the customer.

When you place an online order to purchase a product from Priorityelectrical.co.uk, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order, containing the details of your order, but that is not our acceptance of your order – For special products (those products not normally provided by us or made to your specification or are clearly personalised), our acceptance of your order will always take place when we email you to accept it or when we accept your order in store.Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we dispatch that product to you.

If we cannot accept your order, we will inform you of this by email, by telephone or instore. This might be for a number of reasons. It could be because the product is out of stock, unexpected limits on our resources which we could not plan for, because a credit reference we have obtained for you does not meet our requirements, or we may have identified an anomaly in the price or description of the product, because of age related requirements, or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline specified. Or it might be because you haven’t  provided us with information that is necessary for us to provide the products, for example, dimension, colour and technical specification. It could be because you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products to you or collect them from us. We will not charge you for the product. If you have already paid for the product, we will contact you for instructions. If we cannot contact you, or if we do but you don’t want us to process your order with the correct description, we will reject your order and refund any money you have paid. If we accept and process your order where a description error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as an incorrect description, we may end the contract, refund you any money you have paid and require the return of any products provided to you

Age-restricted products. By placing an order for age-restricted products you represent that that you are at least 18 years old. We may cancel your order if we have reasonable grounds to believe the order has been placed by someone under the age of 18. Age-restricted products must be used responsibly and appropriately.

We only sell to the UK. Our website is solely for the promotion of our products in the UK. Unfortunately, we do not accept orders from addresses outside the UK.

The Website is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, suitability for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

To the extent permitted by law, Priority Electrical Ltd will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website.

We shall have no liability to compensate you (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise), other than any refund we make under these Terms and Conditions or otherwise at our discretion.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
The contents of the Website do not constitute advice and are provided in good faith and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision and it shall be the duty of the customer to rely on its own judgement as to its quality and suitability for use. Priorityelectrical.co.uk shall use its best endeavours to ensure that all information is correct, but shall not be under any liability for any damage, loss or expense resulting from any errors or omissions.

Goods and product packaging supplied may vary in detail from the illustrations and descriptions, (which are approximate and for guidance only) as a result of improvements and modifications..

Contents / accessories shown in images are not included unless stated in product description Although we have made every effort to show the colours and product  accurately, we cannot guarantee that the display of the colours accurately reflects the colour and the product may have been modified or updated since uploading

ORDER CHANGES
If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.

We may change the product:

1. to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements, we may supply a product which is a suitable equivalent with similar performance and functionality, therefore limiting any potential impact. If the product turns out to be unsuitable, we will issue a full credit or refund once the product has been received by us in resalable condition
2. to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements, for example to address a safety issue. These changes will not affect your use of the product.

Whilst every endeavour is made to ensure prices are correct, Priority Electrical Limited reserves the right to cancel the order. In this event you may reconfirm the order upon price amendment or receive a full refund.

RETURNS
By law, customers in the E.U. have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days after the date the item is delivered. This only applies to unopened items in their original, sealed packaging.

Customers must return unwanted goods at their own cost. It is at our discretion if we exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect after these seven days, nor if they have been used or removed from their original packaging. Upon inspection the sale will be credited less the initial carriage charge.

Please note that returned ‘Special Order Items’ may incur a handling charge depending upon the manufacturer’s terms. Please carefully check and confirm all specifications before ordering.

WEBSITE CHANGES
Priority Electrical Ltd reserves the right to change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that Priority Electrical Ltd shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal; and change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

DELIVERIES

1. Collection by you.If you have arranged to collect your order from our store, you can collect them from us at any time during  working hours,
2. which are 7:30 – 17:30 on weekdays (excluding public holidays) and 8:30 – 12:00 on Saturdays.
3. Delivery to you.You must ensure that delivery can be made to the location agreed with you. If we or a courier try but are unable to deliver the products, you will be offered other options:

AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY
Priority Electrical Ltd  shall not be liable for any loss arising from items being out of stock, or failure or delay in supplying or delivering or for any damage or defect to goods supplied

Claims for incomplete or damaged items must be made, in writing via email within three days of delivery.

FORCES MAJEURE
Priority Electrical Ltd shall not be responsible in any matter whatsoever for any default on all or part of the contract due to  any Act of God, sanctions, embargo or any other restriction of order of any government or agencies or by war, threat of war, warlike conditions, mobilisation, blockade, revolution, civil commotion, riot, sabotage, strike, lock-out, sickness epidemic, fire, flood, short fall of manufacturer, accidents, curtailment in manufacture transportation or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Company. Shipment or transportation of goods involved in any of the aforementioned matters may be delayed for a period necessary for restoration from such disturbances, however, either the Company or the Customer shall have the right to terminate the contract under a notice to the other if such a delay in shipment shall exceed thirty days.
